They always do a great job and are very informative about products and how to care for my carpet.

The carpet was so clean and soft after it dried. We will definitely use and recommend Zerorez to our friends.

The custome service and customer care are outstanding. My carpets look fantastic. I know you only send out one representative, generally. While I usually move all breakable items, it would be helpful if your reps could assist with moving the couch/loveseat forward and backward. I personally did not experience this, but I know your competitors ad indicates that your reps do not do this and this may cause you problems with some of the older population that would consider using your service.

Anthony did an awesome job on the carpet. He was very friendly and new what he was doing. The only problem was my stairs were damp for two days.

My carpets look brand new again and they were true professionals.

Easy scheduling. On time service. No hard pressure sale.

I was impressed by the technicians' attention to detail (they wanted to look at all the carpet and problem areas before starting). I also liked how professional they were, and that my satisfaction was very important to them. The technicians explained the process thoroughly (before beginning and throughout).
