Your guy went out of his way to walk into the house we were going to buy, deal with the seller in a respectful yet direct manner and go above and beyond the call of duty to get the smell out of the place. He did not act like "its just a job" he acted like he really cared. I never met him, but he handled the entire appointment with perfect communication and we were pleased with what we found when we were allowed in after closing. I'm glad you're on the Fish!

i love the thorough explanation of B-water and the enzymatic cleansers. i love how pure and non-toxic the products are. i love how my carpet feels so clean with "zero" residue left behind. the technician i had 12.23.11, was awesome (sorry i cannot remember his name). the technician (Justin Sill) i had this time, was equally as awesome so it reassured me it must be company-wide (and not just some ploy to impress a 1st-time customer)....
