Client Testimonials

My carpet was filthy and Zerorez got it clean! I love the fact I can let my baby crawl on the floor without fear of any harsh chemicals used during the cleaning. Also, the technician was a wealth of information on all my flooring questions. I was greatly impressed and would recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I already have!

The carpet looked great when it was done. I liked the option to clean the tile and grout as well and the option to re-seal it. The customer service I received from Jonathan was amazing as well, he kept me posted throughout the clean of exactly what he was doing and showed me the dump water which showed the amount of dirt and soap from the previous owners prior carpet cleaners.

Technician was outstanding....extremly professional. Carpets cleaned well

I liked the nice fresh smell after the cleaning.

As I stated on your Facebook page, I was extremely satisfied with Zerorez probably 110%...Lee and Jacob were hard working professionals and removed all stains on the carpets in my home...even the ones Hughes Carpet Cleaners and Q Care said could not be removed...Your company is the only one on my list now...Just hope all of your employees are as conscientious as Lee and Jacob were...

I like the smell and feel of the carpet when cleaned by 0 Rez. The techs were thorough, friendly and efficient.

My carpet was very clean afterward

Very friendly and efficient service!

I was very impressed with Phil, the technician who performed the cleaning. He checked the areas to be cleaned to get an understanding of what was involved, then went to work and completed the job quickly. All stains and odor are gone. The odors had been especially noticeable during damp, rainy weather, which we have had since the cleaning, and there is absolutely no odor.

I also liked that there the Zerorez process left no overpowering fragrance afterwards.

I will definitely use you again.

staff was very friendly and informative. The process to schedule the appointment was easy. While our carpets were being cleaned other services were offered(scotchguard) but I did not feel pressured to buy them. The team did a great job and we have already scheduled another appointment for some of our other carpet areas!!

No residue left behind, carpets look great, professional friendly service.

On time, professional, and carpets look cleaner than ever!

I was very pleased with the results. I had very high traffic areas which were highly soiled. And the carpet looked great after our technechian was done. Also we realized that after it dried the carpet was very soft.
