Service Tech was not on time because GPS directed him to Bentwater instead of my subdivision.
I did give this into to the gal on the phone when I made the appt. I told her about the problem as other people have made the same mistake, apparently she did not give this info to my rep, Mark, as he was a hour late. He did do a very good job and I was satisfied with him.

Friendly courteous technicians who are knowledgeable

The fact that there are no chemicals, I have small children and this is a concern for me. The carpets are not sopping or slippery when the cleaning is complete. It dries quickly and the stains were removed.
