The technician was very kind, and it seemed like he did a really good job. We have never had our carpets cleaned before, so I don't have anything to compare it to. But from what I can tell, everything was great.
It got my carpet clean. Although, when wet, I thought you would have to come back out and re-clean my carpet in certain areas. Hwever, upon fully drying, the carpet looked great.

We had a red wine stain on white carpet that had been in place for almost a month. We had tried all of the recommendations from the carpet company to no avail. Zerorez got the stain out! I would highly recommend them. I also will ask for Juan, personally, if we ever have need of Zerorez again. He was extremely good at his job and very helpful and compassionate toward a member of the family who is disabled.
