Great product and fantastice associates
Your employee Mark was very professional and nice to work with. The product was as advertised drying quickly and no harsh fumes. I had a hallway that had dog pee. It still has an odor however. It was pre-treated and much better,but a little disappointed that it still smells. I know pet odor is very difficult to get rid off and your tech did his best. I would also like to add as a business owner that your employee Mark should be given a raise so that he is appreciated. The service was outstanding! There are so many carpet companies that are out there and less expensive, but Mark's service and kind heart would make me not only recommend your company but I myself will use you again.

The friendly staff- from the lady who made the reservation to the tech that came to the house. We live outside your service area and after talking to the reservation desk and asking if they could come since we are close to Gainesville and could possibily do two house, the lady was wonderful. She said she would have to ask and would give me a call right back. She did call back in a timely manner and was almost as thrilled as I was that she could help me get the appointment.
When Justin came out he was very good at answering our questions and the carpet looked wonderful when he was finished. You could tell he was knowledgable about carpet and answered our questions about other services that Zerorez offers.

The staff was very knowlegable and helpful. They told me exactly what the process steps were and how the process itself works.
The product was able to remove some very old stains in our carpet...which I was really surprised about, as we still have the original carpet of our house, from 1989!! Some drops of paint were even able to be removed!
The service was wonderful, polite, helpful and informative.
The only thing I might add...not so much as a negative review, but as a FYI...our carpets did not completely dry in the "drying time frame" as stated. And if we didn't have some ceiling fans on and blinds open...may have taken longer.
Overall, we are highly satisfied with both product and service. I will schedule another cleaning with Zerorez again. Thank you!!
