The products were excellent. My carpet looks and smells fabulous. The only problem I had was the driver parked in my driveway and left oil stains. But other than that the service was excellent.

I like that you don't use soap or chemicals, when my carpet was dry it felt clean, although if it happens to rain the day of cleaning, I will reschedule. I did not like the mess it made on my hardwoods. The technician gave great care to try and wipe them up but only had a hand towel. Although the hoses were bringing alot of the mess in. I did call to ask if they still cleaned the carpets when it was raining. The gentleman said they did, so I figured they knew how to handle it. Will rescheldule in the future if there is rain. All in all, very pleased with the way my floors looked. Will recommend your company to friends and family!
