The gentleman that cleaned my carpets did a good job. He was very proffesional and answered all of my questions. The only issue that I had, was the time it took for my carpets to dry. The carpets were cleaned at eleven a.m., and were not completely dry until around noon the following day.

The technician was very professorial and knowledgeable of other service the company provided. He took time in ensuring that my carpet was clean and I was satisfied with his service. He provided excellent customer service skills and service.

Carpet is fresh and clean. Dog urine stains are removed in most areas unless they were very old. Feels like new carpet!
