When our basement flooded the Zerorez team came within the hour. They were able to take care of everything and reassure me and my family that everything was going to be ok. They even remembered me from our last visit two years ago! Whenever they came back to pick up their fans they even cleaned the tile and the carpet surrounding the area. I love those guys!
