I like that there is no residue left in the carpet. Also had tile and grout cleaning, but was a bit disapointed that the perimeter of the bathroom grout could not be cleaned ie; along edge of tub and shower and cabinets.
The tech. was outstanding. Greatly improved customer service from my previous experience. He was polite, friendly and very careful and efficient.
No chemicals....safe for babies to play on. My tech, Billy, was very professional and did a great job!
