Follow-up

David was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and skilled. He knew how what he was doing. He took the time to teach us about the ventilation system in our house and the details of the vent that Zerorez offers. He had great people skills and cared about our safety and carpet care.

My carpet looks great. The technicians were so professional and courteous. They also liked my dogs!

I was very satisfied with this service!

The service was very professional and the cleaning of my carpets was excellent! A representative from the company called my home to let me know that the service person was on the way. Communication was wonderful and unexpected since it has become a very rare event .

The customer service was outstanding! And the products left a fresh scent in our home. Our technician was very prompt and friendly.

Gets clean fast. Like the 2 step extraction process.

I was very impressed with the service. The technician was thorough, knowledgeable, and above all very courteous. He explained my issues, offered corrective and preventative measures to treat these issues. Overall I am very pleased with my experience from Zerorez.

I love the fact that the products leave my carpets looking new and the products do not leave a residue whereas the carpets feel hard and brittle. As far as the service, AMAZING!!! The technician cleaning my carpets was especially personable and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. My carpets are well over 10 years old, inexpensive, and light in color. That said, the carpets showed heavy undesirable spots and worn patterns. At this time, I cannot afford to replace the carpets. I was embarrassed to invite anybody over because of the carpets. The technician worked his behind off. My carpets look brand new. Therefore, I am no longer embarrassed. I am so grateful to Zerorez.

Excellent results - very professional and friendly staff

Customer service is great. He got out paint stains in my carpet that I thought would not ever come out!

Thank you for providing an alternate "green" cleaning method. Our carpets will last us through another messy toddler and possibly housebreaking a new dog! I'll pass the word to my fellow Mommy friends.

Our carpets are now clean and odor-free. The technician who provided the service explained clearly what he would do. He worked efficiently and was courteous. We were very pleased with the quality of the service and of the work performed.

Liked your service tech (James) very much. He was polite, personable and did a good job of explaining what he was going to do. He did a great job of cleaning without any disturbance for the rest of the household. If all of your techs are as good as James, you have a great staff. Keep up the good job!!

Long lasting results with no mess. Friendly technicians too.
