Ronnie was excellent, great at explaining what he would be doing and was very efficient and friendly. A spot that I thought was wine, came out , to my suprise. This was a house we just purchaed. Ronnie knew what the stains were and did a great job. The upstairs smells sooo fresh. Can't thank you enough, will use you again for the home we are about to sell. We heard from you from a very satisfied customer who used Zerorez recently. Word of mouth works for me.

It's as green as you can get when it comes to cleaning anything. Brandon was extremely professional and very nice. I felt completely comfortable with him in my home and trusted he would do his best to clean my carpets and chair. My appointment was between 2-4 and he was there at 2:10 which I appreciated. He also did a spot check on my chair to see if it really did need cleaned, instead of just cleaning it without knowing. I had used a product on my carpet for 4 years and the residue had built up over time. From what I can tell after only one day since the cleaning, that residue is gone and I now can rub my hand over the carpet without getting a sticky feeling and needing to wash my hands immediately. My plan now is to never buy any carpet cleaning solution and have Zerorez clean my carpets at least once every year, if not every six months.

The technician was very knowledgeable; he explained what, how, and why and was well spoken.
I asked if we could pay cash, and at first he was a little timid- which I totally understand, people don't deal in real money so often these days- but he said he would confirm with the office. He checked in and y'all said yes; it really helped me out.
While some dark spots reappeared after my carpet had dried, I believe it's because the carpet is so worn that no amount of cleaning would make it bright again.
Overall my husband and I are satisfied.

The products are good. The service was excellent. The service guy was very professional and flexible. He did extra work for us. Our garden rocks were spray painted. He offered to use his cleaning product and cleaned up the paint without extra charge. We definately will recommend Zerorez.

I liked the way my carpets looked the next day. However, the corner of the upstairs wall was greatly damaged by the hose running up to the master bedroom. And, we had just had all the walls painted.

The personable customer service, the customer service agent that took the call was very professional and worked with me because I do not have a hallway that needed vacuuming. The gentleman that came and cleaned my carpets was wonderful, respectful, made sure I understood what to expect. I even ended up paying for a 'scotch guard like' service. It took about 2 hours and he was in and out, and I had only made the appointment 2 days or so ago! He advised me to turn up the heat to speed up the drying process. He left me with some booties. The carpet was dry by the time I came home and that was wonderful :) I have used zerorez twice beofore and they are the only company I trust.
