Did an amazing job -- can't believe how clean our carpets look.
The carpet is just damp after being cleanned, not soaking wet. They feel soft and not crunchy. I also like that the window of arrival is not terribly long and that I get a phone call when the tech in on his way to my house. Mark the technician was very polite and informative. This time however, I feel that there is a room that needs to be re-treated. It is my oversized room which upon inspection there were a couple of areas that looked weird but I attributed it to the nap of the carpet but that is not the case. there are two rather large areas that need to be cleaned again.

I was pleased with Lee and John and the job they did on my carpet this past Monday. I had lots of pet stains and most of them came out. I didn't expect all of them to. They were both personable and professional - took the time to explain what they were doing and how the products worked. They are good representatives of your company.
