Service was very good for upstairs carpet but it didn't work on downstairs. Apparently, some pets (of previous owner) were doing their business on the carpet which caused a strong smell. Talked to Rich at Customer service and without any arguments or questions, he suggested a re-service (some sort of enzyme cleaning) or a refund. I wish I could have gone with re-service as it would have saved me money but we didn't have enough time. I would strongly suggest using Zerorez over any other cleaning companies.

Service people are very prompt and polite, and are hard workers who explain procedures and complete them in a timely manner. Excellent work done in cleaning old carpet in rental home.
