We are an active family that includes 1 son, and 3 dogs, and the carpet in our home is 11 years old. We can always count on Zerorez to get all the dirt (including the red clay color) out of the carpet, and any pet stain is gone. Beyond that, the technicians are prompt, polite, and true professionals. They know what they are doing.
