Our carpet was not worn and was of a good quality. It did have some spots (non-pet)that had evaded our cleaniing efforts and it needed a good re-stretching. After getting quotes on replacing the carpet with that of similar quality we decided instead to take a chance on repairing and cleaning our existing carpet. After reading reviews of satisfied Zerorez customers we contacted Zerorez to discuss our intent. They were extremely helpful. First, it had to be re-stretched. While they do not offer that service they recommended someone who did. We were exceptionally pleased with the skill and efficiency of the technician and the repair made. Next, the cleaning was scheduled. The Zerorez technician was on time, courteous, polite and the results of his work surpassed our hopes and expectations. The stubborn spots were gone. It would have been an expensive mistake to have replaced this good carpet with new. Thanks Zerorez.

was unable to remove and now they are gone. The carpet was damp, but not saturated and dried quickly. There was no soap or tacky residue. My carpet looks great.

The serviceman was very professional. I really liked the idea of the identification badge that he wore. James was polite and informed me of what he was going to do and ask for my inspection after he finished. He cleaned after he finished and treated my home and me with respect. He's a great representative for your company. I had a room with carpet that was in pretty bad shape and he bought it back to life. I was very impressed! Fantastic job!

Our technician, Dillan, was right on time and very professional.I also like the way he always looked us in the eye. I like the fact that there are no harmful chemicals in the empowered water and it smelled wonderful after he was done. We have 5 grandchildren and there were quite a few spots on our living room and dining room carpet. He was able to get all of those out. I have already recommended Zerorez to several friends. I will definitely use Zerorez next time our carpet needs to be cleaned.
