Your representatives who come to clean the carpets are efficient, work hard to accomplish exactly what the customer wants. The telephone representatives who handle change orders, etc., are so cooperative also.
However, I must tell you that I did not let the technician clean the carpet on our staircase, because the last time we had your tech clean dirty stains from that same staircase, the result was a poor job. So instead, this time (Monday this week), my husband got out a Woolite product with Oxy clean, and we cleaned the stairs ourselves using a lot of rubbing, blotting etc., and found the stains came right out !!! So, in fact, we discovered that the Woolite with Oxy clean, did a much better job than the Zerorez chemicals did. Where there is a will, there is a way !

Lee and Michael were very nice and did their job thoroughly. Lee gave professional comments and was honest about some of the stain removal. They were very careful of other furnishings in the house and worked quickly.

First of all your technician was absolutely wonderful. Your technician using your products got stains out of our carpet that we have been trying to get out for years. Our carpet and ceramic floors look brand new now. We have used other carpet cleaning services before But none of them did a good job. Dan your technician did an outstanding job.
