He was very professional and friendly, he explained what he was going to do clearly and got my extremely dirty carpets clean again.Kenny also told me how to care for my carpets and the type of products I should use so that stains don't resurface. My carpet is 15 years old and I was skeptical that certain stains will be removed;specially the high traffic areas and coffee stains.
For my surprise, after the technician got through, all the high traffic discoloration, spill stains and smell went away.

The service tech was great- knowledgeable on the product. I like the results as well. I have barber on a staircase and BJ was able to really get them clean..much more so than previous vendors.
