I like that there are no chemicals; convenient; our technician was very courteous and efficient. He made sure that we understood the process before cleaning our carpets and discussed expectations. We were debating replacing our carpet since we are getting ready to put the house on the market, but after cleaning the carpets, they look great again. We have twin 3 year olds and 3 cats and our technician was also very considerate and understanding and worked around us with ease. Great service!
