They arrived early which was unexpected but great....the results were amazing to me....and they cleaned a recliner and it looked like new! The carpet seemed to by fairly dry within 3-4 hours. I was very pleased!

Byron was very informative and helpful. Our carpet looks much better. The only thing I see is that after the carpet dried there were spots that I guess got pulled up from the padding that wern't there before. But I was able to get them out.

Quick and easy, and there is no residue on the carpets. I did find that the pricing was misleading, and i think that is an issue. No one asked about what kind of carpet that I had, and when the tecnician got here, I mentioned that my carpets were wool. He said that there would be an additional charge for wool, and i was not told this over the phone when I made the appointment.

Removed old stains
I've been intent on ripping out my carpets and replacing with hardwoods for the last few years. Now that we have our dog house-trained it seemed to be time to at least get the carpet cleaned. This service made my carpets look brand new, and I couldn't be more pleased. Will be keeping these carpets a few more years thanks to Zerorez!
