Bill did a good job trying to get the stains out that came back after David tried. The sterno stain is pretty much gone. The wine stain is weaker. I wish I had know how pungent the astringent was that Bill was using. Ihave bad sinus problems and that was rough.

They were able to quickly schedule our carpet cleaning as the first company we contacted were a no show.

I had you come in because my previous carpet cleaner did not do the job properly. Your rep Jonathan did a wonderful job for me. My only complaint is that the very day you did the work for me at 3 rooms for a package price, I heard a radio commercial from you advertising 4 rooms at the same price. I want you to do the upstairs for me and I hope you give me a break on that pricing to compensate. Even if you don,t I will use you because of the quality work you do.

This was the first time I have used you company, the carpet was very old, so the carpet did not come as clean as I hoped it would, but it did look fresher and smelled cleaner. This is a rental house so it is hard to keep floors in rental property in good shape. I would probably use Zerorez in other properties that I felt the carpet was cleanable and not replace.

Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and it was well worth the cost! The technician was able to get out stuck on candy that a previous company couldn't do on two previous cleanings. Carpet was much cleaner than previous company was able to clean. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future and will recommend them to friends.

I'm excited to get my air filter. I just hope it cuts dwn on my dust like you say it will.
