The process is fantastic. My carpets weren't left sticky or hard like they've been with some other cleaning methods. They are clean and plush....just like new. I am very pleased.

Liked the purified water instead of chemical treatment of carpet. Places that I didn't think would clean up came out spotless. The serviceman, Aaron, was professional and very likeable. He didn't seem in a hurry to get done and be gone. Good job Zerorez.
No slippery soap used. However, it does take longer than 4-6 hours to dry!
