Your team is professional, courteous and punctual. I like the fact that there is no residue left on or in my carpets. In general, a great job was done cleaning my carpets. I am disappointed that in one public area that a food stain could not be removed or reduced a little better.

I am able to breathe again...you're duct cleaning is amazing...my furnace wouldn't start after the visit but that was a good hing...apparently my furnce was cracked and if it had started, I would have been exposed to carbon monixide...I now have a new furnace and new compressor that is enhancing the air duct cleaning...
well I like the fact that Zerorez was able to bring the carpet back to life in 5 out of 6 rooms that they cleaned. the 6th room was a good 80% cleaned.
