This service was amazing. When I called in First name removed answered all of my questions and put my concerns at ease. He was very informative and professional. My tech Ryan did a super job. Our tile turned out great and the carpets that were destroyed from construction look brand new. He was like a super hero to our carpet. I will only use Zerorez in the future.

I like the lack of soap residue. I think the carpet overall is cleaner but the old stains are still there. Probably not much to be done about that.

The person who cleaned our carpet, Kendall, was very professional and very thorough. We purchased a new home and he cleaned the carpet before we moved in as best he could without having a lot of background info on the type of stains on the carpet. He even cleaned areas that I did not even know were in the house! Our carpet looks like new and smells clean and fresh. We're now looking forward to moving in!
