No chemicals, dries quickly, and the technician Kenny was very professional.

Mostly the service scheduler person I spoke with and the actual service person that came out to our home. The scheduler was able to rearrange another customer to time that better suited them and also accommodate us. She wasn't just an "order taker" and she explained service options very clearly and she was easy to understand and friendly. The service person was clean-cut, friendly, careful to explain the service and any extras, asked and confirmed our expectations before starting, worked to get us a better price on stairs, and made sure we were happy with what he'd done before leaving. Great job all around!

The technician, Ryan, was very knowledgable @ polite. We have used other companies in the past & Zerorez was by far superior in the cleaning process! With 4 dogs it is a challenge to maintain a clean carpet, but your service brought a smile to our faces once the job was done. Will never use any one else moving forward
