Have to be honest, when I came home from work my berber carpeting had undulating waves. Some waves as high as 2inches. Panic, of course. Spoke to a manager, who assured me the carpet would be fine when it dried. Went to bed feeling as though we had made a huge mistake and would need to replace damaged carpet. But true to his word, by morning the waves had disappeared and all was well. Carpets look great.

Zerorez was in and out of my one-story house in just over a hour. The technician was very friendly and professional. The carpets looked new again and very clean when he finished, but they took about 6 hours to dry. Some spots on the carpet that were extremely soiled cleaned beautifully; however, after the carpets dryed I could see some of the old spots slightly resurfacing again. It could be that it is just a 12 year-old carpet!! I will recommend Zerorez to my neighbors and friends and I will use them again next year!! Thank you for being on time
