We had never tried Zerorez, but decided to give them a shot, and I like the lack of odor, and I like the way the carpet has stayed clean after almost a week. I may be convinced now that trtaditional cleaning solutions leave a residue to which dirt and oils can adhere, causing the carpet to get dirty again quickly.
My carpet looked brand new.

I really like the products, but b/c I had most of my house done, I kind of felt like the work was tiring out the attendant. Also, my husband used to clean carpets and I would hate for the attendant to lose money doing a redo, b/c he was really a wonderfully nice guy. But I do think one of my rooms could be a little cleaner.

I wasn't expecting a great service I was just hoping for clean carpets so we could sell our house. Zerorez exceeded my expectation by leaps and bounds. The two workers were clean and very respectful. They explained their services both before and after. They were quick and made seven year old carpets look like new! I will never look to another carpet service again and will use them immediately upon moving to our next house! They are even better than their commercials say they are....and you don't get that with companies nowadays. The technicians were great! Keep up the great work!
