I had highly stained(Georgia red clay) cream carpets and he was able to not only make them cream again but do it in under 2 hours. He worked very hard and effeciantly. second time i had zerorez out. first time the tech seemed to be in a hurry. i had to press him to clean the carpets until they were clean. this time the tech, Johnatan was the best. he knew just what to do and did it, right the first time! very pleased with his knowledge and service.
