The machines that you use were less invasive them some other carpet cleaners I have used. Your customer service was excellent.My technician was DeAndre and I cannot say enough good things about him. He explained everything step by step and did not disturb me while I worked on my computer. He was quick and efficient and got me out the door to my appointments. The carpets look great especially since they are a bit old and in need of being replaced.
