I told Kendall that I knew he would not be able to get most of the stains out, but I just really wanted the carpets cleaned. They looked almost new. These carpets are 8 years old, and they were in very bad condition. I could not believe the results.

Very nice young man, Jacob, that cleaned our carpets. New a lot about the product and explained everything. At the time Jacob arrived I had painters painting the front door and when Jacob walked in he got paint on his jacket. He didn't get mad at all and said don't worry about it.I felt so bad, told him I was very sorry, but he wasn't concerned. Very nice. Carpets look good. A couple spots didn't come up but he had warned me about it before.

The technican was very friendly and professional. He explained the process and left the door open for any questions. There are two high traffic areas that need to be re-done. However, this is the best our carpet has been cleaned in four(4) years. Thanks for asking!
