Both technicians that I had were amazing! Very friendly customer service! There is no way my carpet could be any cleaner! I had a second technician because I still had some cat odor in my room from the previous people that lived here! But the first technician made it go away completely, and somehow it came back a little bit a week after. Basically my carpet is so clean that I would need to replace my carpet to have it any cleaner.
