the lack of chemicals the interaction with the Zero rez employees. I had your service in my house for my carpets and when i tried to tip the man who was extremely helpful and cleaned a small area rug for me, he refused, saying he was not allowed to take any money.
now i am having 3 chinese rugs and one other area rug cleaned. the men that picked up the rugs were equally nice.
