Your technician did not come until after 7:00 (supposed to be here between 4:00 and 7:00), and I did not receive a call letting me know if or when he would arrive. I tried to call the office shortly before 7:00, held for at least five minutes, then got a recording saying the office was closed. Although I considered just forgetting the whole thing, your technician, Myles, was so super nice that I let him go ahead. He was professional, efficient, thorough, and did an excellent cleaning job. Frankly, he saved the day for Zerorez.

The BFluid is absolutely wonderful for cleaning spots on carpets, rugs and other surfaces. I also had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez prior to replacing them with hardwood floors. The job was welldone.
