Since it will be another week before we pick up our rugs, cannot comment on quality of cleaning itself.
The service was pricier than I'm used to - about 30% more than Stanley steamer. So I thought I'd give it a try but it would really have to impress me...and it did! The two associates could not have been more polite and professional. The carpets look way better than when Stanley steamer does them and I like the fact that the process is safer for my family. So, yes, I will be using y'all again!

Service technician who came out to the house was very courteous and thorough - appreciated his professionalism. However, I purchased a bottle of cleaning fluid for pet stains, and they both look the same. The technician told me which was which, but as the cleaning fluid and the empowered water are both labeled identically, I can't keep them straight. Can you help?

Our technician, Josue, was extremely courteous and professional... Answered all our questions and was very knowledgable! Carpets look great and, most importantly, pet stains and ODOR are gone, which we were very concerned about as we're about to host a graduation party for 80 people!
