Client Testimonials
No residue left over.
Quality work with EXCELLENT customer service!! Thank you!!
Products are clean and powerful. Charles provided exceptional service. He was courteous, professional and willing to explain and demonstrate how Zerorez works. I would highly recommend Zerorez and its professional staff to family and friends.
The carpets are really CLEAN and the service was punctual and Anthony was great!
THE PRODUCT CLEANS WELL,AND IT DRYS QUIETLY.
The service men were clean, articulate and represented your company in a very kind but business like manor. Everything was explained beforehand so there were no surprises when it
came time to pay the bill. The time cleaning was quick and left no residue. I will have to give a better assessment in a couple of weeks because that is usually when the dirt seems to re-appear after carpet cleaning. However, I am impressed with no use of chemicals or soap and the overall appearance of my carpets today. The pet stains did not come out at all.
Ease of scheduling, friendly, professional technician and quality of service.
The technician was professional and courteous. He expained the process and listened to our needs. The machine produced very hot water and suction seemed very powerful.
I like that there are no chemicals used
Josh was so good on 8/24 I requested he do the rest of my home on 8/29. I will request him do do my rental home next month.
The technician was very prompt and friendly. After he finished , the floors looked wonderful.
I have had wife cleaning companies in my home previously, over the past 20 years..It seemed as the boys free, their again making capabilities grew exponentially just as they did..
I shall not go down the list of businesses that guranteed their work, their quality of work, I am certain each if you have heard the same pitch....I am also certain when funds are tight you have sought out the beat deal for your money and STILL expected a miracle....Well, I did too..They wonderfully professional young men arrived on time, placed shoe covers over their shoes and immediately assessed my wall to wall carpets..They also noticed one of my LOVES, Persian rugs..Rugs that have been here for many years and have NEVER been cleaned out of fear of damage and expense..
They removed the majority of the stains from the wall to wall and left them amazingly clean and barely damp.
The REAL treat was yesterday..They returned my 8 Persian rugs..and displayed them for me..Oh My Goodness!...I could not believe how beautiful, and clean and free of dust..
They did an exceptional job!
The special ends on the 31st..Print the coupon and take your Persian rugs to their Norcross location..
I sat and stared at them..Unbelievable quality of service for an even more unbelievable price!

Friendly staff, excellent service, great results!
Did a great job & Ma Juan was very professional!
All of the technicians were very personable and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I had the ducts cleaned so there isn't anything that I can see but I am sure that any mold or junk is gone. Also, I am a realtor and have recommeded the carpet cleaning to several clients who were very happy. Even the pet stains were gone.
Cameron, your technician, was focused on the details of the job but was extremely efficient and personable. Definitely a customer service plus for your company.
The technician, Aubrey was very nice and very thorough. My carpets are not the newest and the Zerorez treatment made them look much better than I thought they could.
Extremely easy to make the appointment, the crew arrived on time, and were very friendly and professional. Excellent experience overall and I'll definitely use Zerorez in the future.
Work wonderfully! No chemical smell, no residue. Carpet feels great... Like new again!
Very good service and products. Technician was on time and did a great job.
Great people and great job
We hsd pretty severe pet stains and odor in two rooms, and they're gone! We've tried other carpet cleaning services without success and Zerorez is the only service that works! Although Zerores is a bit pricey compared to other services we have used, you get what you pay for...
The technician arrived on-time, was very knowledgable and did a great job!
No smell after you leave and the spots are gone.
