The technician James was very prompt and professional. James came into our home and assessed the areas to be cleaned giving professional recommendations without harrassing as some companies do. Our carpet high traffic areas looked great after James cleaned it. We were able to walk on the carpet directly after cleaning which was a great convenience. We will definitely recommend James and zerorez for all carpet cleaning needs.

The work was done in a very professional way. Actually the technician arrived earlier than the window and we were not home and he waited as we were home before the window. The work done was very good and De Andre who was our technician was good in pointing out areas of difficulty. He was very cooperative and could not have been nicer. He was great and I commend Zerorez for having such capable and efficient staff.
