Zerorez is AMAZING!!! We used them when we first moved into our house a year ago and again after our 3 kids wreaked havoc on our carpets! I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. The carpets were SO bad they made me want to cry just looking at them...they are now spotless!!! Also, on a whim I asked about our couch. Our couch is really old and black from car grease, as my husband is a mechanic...there is not a spot left!!! I took pictures and sent them to everyone that's ever seen my couch!! ;) I am honestly amazed!!! The technitions were wonderful and so friendly. They gave me their honset opinion on everything and wouldn't leave until every stain was gone :) they recommended I get the stain protection, as I have 2, 6 and 8 year old kids. SO glad I did!! Just yesterday my youngest spilled red juice all over the floor...it all came up with no effort. The prices are a little high but IMO well worth it. I would and have recommended Zerorez to everyone.

It works so well, even with really difficult pet stains. And they don't come back. It also dries quickly. And there's no overwhelming smell.

The product stands up to the name: we still do not see any residue of dirt and grime: unlike the last cleaning. The technician was very thorough, and detailed in what he could and could not do. There were no surprises.

I was impressed with Eric 2 before he cleaned a room. His knowledge and professionalism was reassuring. I especially like the product not having soap in it and the heated water process minus harsh chemicals is healthier and welcomed.
