The carpets look and smell much cleaner, and the technicians were considerate and very thorough. Even though they did some expected up-selling, they weren't pushy about it, and we ended up having them treat the carpets additionally. They were great!

Brandon and Lee were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I would rate them a 10++. The only reason I did not give a 10 overall was I did not receive a call 30 minutes before the technicians arrived. Also, the first time I called to schedule an appt. I was on hold as the next customer and then I was hung up on before talking to a representative. Neither of these were that big a deal to me, mistakes happen. The service is very good, the product is very good, but your prices are high compared to other carpet cleaners. I wanted to have 2 oriental rugs cleaned and was shocked at the pricing. Needless to say, I did not have them cleaned.

Zerorez always shows up on time and does a great job. The technicians are always friendly and go about their work very professionally. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Our carpets look like new!
