Mark, our tech that cleaned our carpet, was very good; he showed
up at exactly the time the company said he would, and Zerorez called
in advance the day of the service, to let us know he would be at the
house in fifteen minutes. I had other questions about cleaning my air ducts,
and Mark took the time to show me a quick video on Zerorez air duct cleaning.
