Client Testimonials

Clean carpet and knowledgeable service person

They work well

They did a very good job for me and drying time was very satisfying. The guys were very helpful and courteous.

carpets are clean - cleaner friendly and efficient

This is about the 3rd time we have used Zerorez and every time without exception, the work and customer service has been EXCEPTIONAL. You will continue to get our business as we need carpet or upholstery cleaned.

Thanks

Technician was knowledgeable, product/service were excellent. Although the carpets were only 2 years old, there were some stains and wear marks. When complete, the carpets looked new. We had white tile and white grout in the kitchen that looked brown - when finished it looked new and he sealed it.

Reliable, called me before my appointment, arrived right on time, did great work

These guys were great!!!! They were extremely professional and did a great job!!!!

The service was great my carpet is very clean would recommend to my friend thank you Zerorez. Name removed

Professionalism of tech and quality of product, also the rugs are not soaked

Polite, efficient, professional

Tech was thorough, explained every step of the process and very efficient. A very good experience.

The technician was very fast, efficient, and friendly. I love how safe the products are for my kids and pets but strong enough for all the stains they leave behind. There are cheaper options for carpet cleaning but they DO NOT do as good of a job. I will use zerorez from now on.

No residue on carpets adding to longevity.

The process was easy from start to finish. I registered online and it was hassle free. My technician was OUTSTANDING!!! He was friendly, thorough, and cleaned up behind himself. He didn't push additional sales and he wouldn't accept a tip. My carpets look great and I will definitely call zerorez again and I have already recommended them to several people.

Fast and clean.

I had been away from my home for the last 19 months taking care of my parents. After moving back home, I had forgotten about the terrible pet stains on my bedroom carpet. David, your technician, assured me Zerorez would bring new life back to my carpet. I am very pleased with your services, as well as your service tech. I am happy to recommend your service to all my friends and co-workers. Thanks!
