Works great

I had a whole house carpet clean with protection done. The service was excellent. The technician (Jevoris Palmer) was very polite and professional, taking the time to answer my questions and to explain the actual process of how Zerorez works. He was very considerate of my belongings and paid careful attention as not to damage anything. Dry time was a little longer than expected but the overall results were excellent!

Cleaning was great and carpet dried a lot faster than the recommended 4 hour wait time.
Cleaner was very responsive and professional

The people cleaning the rugs are always so nice. They're up front on what they can do and can't. You're actually encouraged to look at each room before they leave.

I have been a satisfied customer with your service for several years. As in the past this visit was another excellent service and your technician Ryan McMurphy a perfect representative of your company's standard of excellence. From the initial contact to schedule this service onto the final request by Ryan to ensure I was completely satisfied with his performance, the process was an experience I would highly recommend to anyone looking for true value in carpet care. Thanks again and will call whenever I need a service you guys provide.
