The carpet looking amazing. The technician removed some stains that I thought would never come up. He had a wealth of knowledge about the products and services and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The carpet didn't feel crunchy like some companies I have dealt with and the drying time was what I was quoted.

Very impressed with the services. Tim was very informative and always sure we understood where he was in the process and what to expect. While we were pleased with our carpets we ended up also cleaning white tile and grout in the bathrooms. Grout I had been scrubbing for years - they were stained with mud when we moved in. Tim did a test area and now we have white grout - I couldn't believe it.

There is not an after smell, when the technician leaves and the carpet is very clean and fresh!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the fact that no residue was left in the carpet. My carpets are clean and fresh but are not stiff and crunchy. My carpet had large stains I thought wouldn’t come out. I was amazed when they disappeared. After my carpets were cleaned my house had a light fresh sent, not a chemical odor.
