Dana was a hard working and personable employee who is a credit to the organization. The machinery was first class and well suited to doing a great job. The process was well tested and completed the job very fast with minimal moisture remaining - we could walk on the rugs in stocking feet and dried totally in a short period, no more than 6 8 hours.
