My experience with Zerorez was excellent. The cleaning technician was professional in his knowledge of carpeting and the underlying causes of stains. He did an excellent job taking the time to address exactly what the problems were and WALAA, carpet I thought was ruined on my stairs and landing looks fabulous. When I asked him to go ahead and clean a small area rug he was very honest, he recommended sending it back with him for a different kind of cleaning process, to keep it in perfect condition. Gosh, he even wiped down my hardwood floors where he walked! Now that's customer service!! The cleaning solution is great leaving the carpet soft, fresh & best of all immaculate!

Our tech(Aaron) was on time, courteous, professional, conscientious, and he did the job quickly and efficiently. He was very careful dragging the hoses throughout the house. I also appreciated the phone calls to confirm and verify the appointment time. The carpets dried very quickly. I don't know if that was a function of the type of carpet, the water, or the ability of the equipment to extract more liquid than others I have used, but it was great to be able to get back on the carpet in such a short time. All in all, the best carpet cleaning experience I have had.

The service is exceptional! They arrive on time, provide an accurate estimate of how long the cleaning will take, and complete the job beautifully. They are very careful with the furniture and they don't leave anything behind. The results are exactly what you might hope for--nothing damp, either. One of the best service experiences I've had.
