Client Testimonials

You have made our carpet look better than new! We like how it is all natural and leaves no residue. You have a customer for life!

Easy to book. Here when you said you would be. Honest. Hard worker. No "up sell" or over promising.
Delivered more than promised. Very professional technician.
Thanks. Would have back; will recommend.

I liked the ease of scheduling the appt. I liked that they called 20 minutes before they arrived. I also liked the products used to clean our carpets and how quickly they dried. The staff and carpet cleaners were pleasant and professional.

The people always try to do their very best for us. We love Zerorez. Nothing works better.

The carpets look clean. Professional service.
Sorry that you dont move any furniture.
Thank you

Prompt service, friendly and efficient technicians. Carpets look great. I would prefer that you simply quoted a price for your everything instead of adding in a vehicle charge. It would be more straightforward.

The customer service and the results. My carpet looks like new. Thank you

The carpets look great, stains are gone, and the service rep was very friendly.

Great job! Carpet was heavily soiled and now looks new!!

1) The professional appearance of your employees.
2) Your products work - the carpets looked amazing.

Turned out better than expected

Your technician is the main reason I would recommend your service....in fact, both of them. We had scheduled the appointment for 2-5 PM but there was a mix-up and a technician showed up at 11:15 AM but when I told him I couldn't do it until later, he was so kind and understanding. The technician that came later on was polite, asked about my family, made me aware of the many services and options Zerorez offered, without being pushy, AND did a beautiful job. He even did my upstairs hallway for free. The moldy smell, the dog smell, they are all gone. I will NOT wait another 21 years to have it done again. Thank you so much!! Sincerely, Name removed

That you only use water and no harsh chemicals

The no residue concept.

Our carpet was cleaned beautifully and our technician was courteous and professional.

Quick drying and lack of chemicals

Excellent service and 100% customer satisfaction....

I like that there is no odor or residue. Being a father of a 3 year old and a 1 year old it is important that we maintain our home with minimal side effects to our children. The tech Steve Halstion was awesome. He was really knowledgable and provide us with valuable tips regarding maintaninence.

My service tech James was very professional, and made sure the job was right.

Your employees are very helpful and professional. Ma Juan and Kendall were the gentlemen who serviced my home. They did an excellent job. Very informative and a very good personality.

WELL SATISFIED WITH JOB PERFORMANCE. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEES. JOB WELL DONE. WE WILL USE ZEROREZ AGAIN.

Happy with the duct cleaning, but I need to have First name removed come back to determine what is the smell coming from my vents. By the way, I really appreciated First name removed's honesty and knowledge.

For one you were pro-active about the appointment. There was a cancellation & you called to see if I wanted to move it up. I did. Your technicians were even early for the appointment {new time}. They came in & did their work, but not before explaining what was to happen. I was very pleased with both of them. Yes, I will call again. I am sure I will need it due to my puppy. Thank you very much.
