The service reps were prompt and friendly. The service they completed was absolutely wonderful! After housebreaking our new dog and after she had used the master bedroom as her potty area, I was concerned the smell would never go away. I was very pleasantly surprised that after Zerorez cleaned and treated that bedroom the smell is gone and has not returned! The carpets they cleaned look wonderful! Especially the extremely high traffic areas and the stairway. Zeroez may have been a little more expensive than other companies but they are definitely worth it! I'm glad I heard so much good feedback about the company and that I chose to make an appointment! I will definitely use Zeroez in the future!

Anthony Jackson the Technician was on time and very informative about the process and expected results. I have an older home with very well used carpets, the carpets looked like new (much better than I thought they would look.) Having pet, I also had my basement with pet treatment end results I could have not been happier. But my most happiest result were my oversize Microfiber Couch (Red) and Chair (Blue) The furniture is 10 years old and have been clean before (with sad results). I will admit I could not been Happier with the results Red couch and blue chair actually looked NEW!!!!! I also wanted to express that how pet friendly your product is. I have a Hyacinth Macaw (Exotic Bird). This is the first time I did not have to put him out side. Thank you!!!

I am thrilled with the results of having our carpets cleaned with Zeroez! We've used a couple other cleaning companies in the past but wasn't very happy with the results. I am amazed at how clean our carpets look and feel and will definitely consider Zerorez our carpet cleaning company.

Here's what I would like. I would like YOU to say "the man is right". When you have a client like the Dell's at 3570 Stillwood Dr SW Snellville Ga why do we as a client have to ask for a discount?
