I like the fact that there are no chemical smells afterwards, but a clean freshness. They are very quick and courteous. I would recommend NOT saying it will dry in 20 minutes... it was more like several hours but still had great results.

My tech Jonathan went above and beyond just cleaning my carpets. He have me specific details about why Zerorez is superior. We talked about cleaning our vents and showed my how my air filter effects my HVAC unit. He also got my daughter out of the bedroom she locked herself in!!!
