Both of my technicians were very respectful and courteous they came in and explain everything that they were going to do before they got started I was amazed at the cleaning they gave me I first only wanted the upstairs done but after seeing the results I had them to clean my whole house they have my vote I'm not looking for another carpet cleaning service I'm stuck on zerorez

The technician was upfront about no guarantees to spots in the floors and the honesty of the technician is appreciative. We were surprised that a lot of spots that we thought would not come out of the carpet, actually came out or lightened them up so they are not as dark in color. All around a very positive experience. Two Zerorez employees were there for the appt--Anthony & his assistant. They were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous. They worked quickly & efficiently and cleaned up after themselves when they left. My carpet looks spectacular. One of my basement rooms in particular had dark stains in about a third of the room, and I had resigned myself to the fact that cleaning may lessen the stains somewhat. But the stains are completely gone. Very impressive.

The cleaning process was swift and thorough. The 14-year old carpet on my stairs no longer looks dull and worn, but now looks bright and almost brand new! Josh was extremely friendly, respectful and professional. He took time to hear my concerns before starting and periodically asked for my feedback and input during the cleaning. Although my appointment was the last of the day, and Josh didn't arrive until almost 6pm, he did not rush through the cleaning. Instead, I felt valued as a customer. Josh cared about doing a great job and leaving me satisfied with the results. Also, it was obvious that Josh enjoys working for Zerorez. He made many positive commments about the company and his experience, which was resfreshing and reassuring. The carpet looks great, the carpet dried quickly, I really liked the solution that was used, the technician was very knowledgeable and informative and did a great job in a small amount of time.

Technician worked hard on our rugs to make them as good as they could be. We had some tough stains that he was able to get rid of.
