We had Stanley Steemer clean our carpets about 6 months ago and obviously they didnt take care of our problems. The stains we were told wouldnt come out, did. It looks and smells great. Also our technician whose name was Kenny did a fantastic job. He listened when he came as I told him our worst problem areas. He took his time, was friendly and very professional. Zerorez did a good job of cleaning a very old carpet. It's always a little disappointing to have to pay an extra $30 per room for stains, but that's the business model I suppose.

Brandon, the boy that came to do the cleaning was very courteous. I liked the fact that we received a phone call 20min or so before they came to the house so we could put our dogs downstairs and out of the way. The carpets turned out beautifully, we had one stain that couldn't come out, but other than that all our rooms smelled very fresh and the carpet feels great on our feet.
