Kyle and his other co-worker showed up in time, were very professional and cared about doing an awesome job. He explained the procedure and about the company (very prideful about the company which definitely made me feel good about using Zero Rez). Zerorez was able to come out quickly. They came out on time and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in my basement. As a new homeowner, I was left behind with stains in my basement. Zerorez was able to get them all out. It looks amazing! It was completely worth it!
