My carpets look like new!! Our Zeroez rep who cleaned our carpets was one if the most professional and courteous people I have met in a long time. He explained exactly what he was doing and what services they offered. I was amazed at how clean my carpets were when he was done...and he had had his work cut out for him with some spots! He even took the time to look at what I have been using and went through what to keep using and what to discontine using. I will definately use Zerorez again!

The carpets feel clean and look great. However the pet odor and stain treatment didn't work in the upstairs bedroom like I had hoped. It still smells bad.
Byron was wonderful. He did say that the pet and odor treatment did not always get rid of the stain which is fine but I was hoping for better results on the odor.
