My carpet looks and smells so good. The only negative feedback I would have is that nothing is moved, no matter how small it is. What was cleaned looks amazing, though.
Always on time and they always do a great job even on 15 year old carpet. We have been loyal customers for more than 5 years.
Timely arrival; professional; James was terrific!
Byron was very professional and knowledgeable about the services that they provide. He did such a great job with my basement that I ended up having him do the upstairs level as well. No more musty basement or major carpet stains. He also was accurate about drying times and gave tips on how to take care of the carpet.
