I had two types of carpet cleaned, and I was pleased with how well Zerorez cleaned both, especially the older carpet.

I liked that there wasn't any use of chemicals since I have a baby that crawls everywhere. The only thing I didn't really care for was the dumping of the dirty water in the driveway.

I had a great experience with the lady that took my order when I called. Also, the young man who came to do the service was outstanding. I like his salesmanship approach. he did not pushed but was thorough explaining me the benefits of the different aditional services you offered. I did buy the carpet protection but he also made me aware of things I have never considered as contributors to the dirting of my carpet like the faulty ventilation system through my airconditioning. I enjoyed his "customer education" approach. Overall, he did a good job with my carpet.

It worked really well to get out pet stains and odor. Definitely more expensive than I expected, but I'm happy with the results.
He was on time. After the lost of my pet just needed to get any unwanted cat hair and allow the fresh feel onder my feet.

The fact that alot of detergent is not used and it appears that 85% of what is shot into the carpet is extracted out. Also if you say you will be here at a certain time you are.

Mostly that there is little or now residue from the cleaning process and it dries quickly.
