Anthony and his partner (Doug, I think) were very professional, informative and pleasant. They called before they arrived, introduced themselves when they got here and applied shoe covers before they came in the front door. They worked diligently and thoroughly to make my carpets look like new. They even removed 99% of a rather large red blush makeup stain my granddaughter made (I understand from Anthony that red is very hard to remove). One would have to be looking for that stain now to see it. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you very much for sending such wonderful young men.

Lucas was very professional. My son is quite talkative and wants to help and Lucas was so understanding and nice to him. Plus my furniture turned out great.

I liked that the carpet feels different from the last couple of times that I had it cleaned by someone else. the staff is incredibly professional.

But I did not like that when I called on the phone I did not understand that the pet treatment was per room. I thought it was a total fee.

It took three times as long for the carpet to dry as they told me it would.

but I like the results
