Zerorez has been to my home several times to clean my wall to wall carpets and the results have been superior. In May, I took a 20 year old area rug into their facility for cleaning. The result was amazing! It looks new! And after 4 months, it still looks new! No residue is showing through. I can recommend them without hesitation. Now my wall to walls are in need of cleaning and I'm calling Zerorez today!
Our carpet was, quite frankly, filthy. It had not been washed since we moved in six years ago. Plus in the last four months, our aging dog had had a lot of "accidents," which, even though they were mopped up quickly and treated with a biological agent, left light spots on the gradually browning originally beige carpet. Cola spills by friends attending parties did not help. I couldn't believe it when I came out of the bedroom to see the finished product; the carpet was all its original color again, smelled good, and, once it dried, was soft and lovely again. The cleaning solution they leave behind has also saved us from having more spots. Mike (the serviceman) was terrific, polite, and helpful. Thank you so much!
